Day 1: Adobe Lightroom™ has evolved into an amazing tool for photographers. Its purpose is to not only help process images, but also to store, catalog, and share your precious work. Les has been teaching Lightroom since version 3.0. Using the latest version, Les will teach participants the best way to establish a creative workflow, store and backup images, and post-process in Lightroom. He will also clarify how to best use keywords and collections to add value to images. Which Lightroom is best for your workflow? Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, or Lightroom Mobile. Les will help answer that question as well and share which third-party software can add to the Lightroom workflow.

 

 

 

 

Day 2:
Every artists needs tools for creating art. Unlock your creativity by exploring the powerful capabilities of
Adobe Photoshop™. During the second day of the workshop, you will be introduced to or learn new capabilities of the
tools of Photoshop. You will find out how you can use these tools to create your best images. You will
then explore the blending modes and see the effects they can have on your images. Additionally, you
will learn to use Photoshop layers to make adjustments, apply textures, and combine images.

Interspersed with classroom presentations, you will be presented with a project list and images that go with the
project list. Using the images and instructions provided, you will work through a series of projects in
which you will apply the techniques outlined in the course. As you work, Mary will assist you as you
make your way through the assignments.

The best way to learn is by doing. Come learn, practice, and create!

What is Included: Photo instruction in the classroom is included.

What is not included: Transportation, meals during the workshop, a hotel stay, and personal expenses are not included.

Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 processing fee for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop unless the organizers can find a replacement. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows after the start of the workshop.  Les Saucier and Mary Presson Roberts reserve the right to cancel the workshop due to the group minimum not being met. If Les Saucier and Mary Presson Roberts cancel the workshop for any reason, all registrants will receive a full registration refund. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
