Bullies 2 The Rescue

I had the pleasure to visit an event organized by Bullies 2 The Rescue Saturday afternoon.  Bullies 2 The Rescue is an organization whose purpose is to rescue English Bulldogs in North Carolina.

The event I attended Saturday was held at the

Carolina Pet Pantry located in Indian Trail, North Carolina.

I was invited to the event by my very good friend, Gwyn Kellam.  She was fostering a bulldog named Higgins.  Gwyn has been volunteering for Bullies 2 The Rescue since summer.  Higgins was hoping that the owners of his forever home would be at the event.

We met many wonderful dogs and volunteers Saturday.

Eleanor was very relaxed as she took everything in as visitors and volunteers made their way through the building.  Perhaps she was thinking about a snack.

Rosebud was very curious about the camera and was great with posing.

Even though Noel is not an English Bulldog, she received the same care and attention.

Ringo, the baby of the bunch, received lots of attention and cuddles throughout the afternoon.

Be sure to check out the website of Bullies 2 The Rescue and also their Facebook Page.

If you can lend a hand to this caring organization by fostering a dog, providing a dog with its forever home, or in other ways, reach out to them.
